Ground Ivy
Glechoma hederacea

Ground Ivy is also known as Gill-over-the-ground. A non-native creeping vine with scalloped leaves and small purple flowers. Newcomb describes it as "a common weed of moist waste places", which may explain why it is trying to take over my yard.
