Mountain Laurel Kalmia latifolia Is Mountain Laurel a tree or a shrub? Does it really matter? Whatever else Mountain Laurel is, when it blooms it is beautiful - festooned with untold thousands of delicate five-part flowers. I found these in Shenandoah National Park, in early June. |
