Autograph Tree
Clusia rosea
Autograph Tree occurs in south Florida and the Florida Keys. Gil Nelson states in his Trees of Florida that the Autograph Tree may be introduced. Marks on the leaves are said to remain for long periods, even after the leaf has been removed from the tree. Other names include Pitch Apple, Balsam Apple, Signature Tree, Monkey Apple, Scotch Attorney (!), and Copey. I found and photographed this individual in Everglades National Park.
