Cohabitants: Fungi: Morel Morel Morchella sp. This may be Morchella esculenta, though I certainly wouldn't swear to it. I found this particular individual in south-central Indiana, growing in a wooded area during May. It was two or three inches tall but hard to spot amongst the leaf litter.
